Culinary Excellence in the Heart of Baton Rouge
Located at 5837 Essen Lane in Baton Rouge, our 8,252 square foot facility consists of classrooms, a classroom/office annex, a library, a full service restaurant kitchen, a demonstration kitchen with closed-circuit televisions, several courtyards in Essen Crossing, and a dining room which presents an authentic environment for the education of culinary professionals. All equipment is well-maintained and kept in a sanitary and safe condition.
The ratio of students per instructor is fifteen to one (15:1) at its maximum in both the kitchen lab and classrooms.
